SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

Shipping: The products that you acquire in MAMALOLO® will not have additional shipping costs. Unless you select the option of express delivery, to receive your order within a period of less than 72 hours, in which case the additional expense of 7 euros.

Place of delivery: It is recommended to indicate as detailed as possible the delivery address, contact details and a mobile phone in case any unforeseen situation arises. In the same way, it is advisable to make any kind of observation during the processing of the order that may be important for its subsequent delivery. The shipment of the items purchased in www.mamalolo.es will be carried out by courier with final destination the delivery address indicated by the buyer.

Delivery period: The usual delivery period from the confirmation of payment is 72 h working days for deliveries in Spain, within the Iberian Peninsula, for deliveries in the Balearic Islands, a longer period of 96 h (approx. .). Althoug, there are no shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or international destinations, you can contact us in Info@mamalolo.es or using WhatsApp, to give you a price for those destinations. 

If you place an order that could not be made within a normal period of time or due to circumstances of stock availability, MAMALOLO® will contact the buyer by any of the facilitated ways in order to communicate this incident and offer you the possibility of refund of the payment.

WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS: You have the right to desist from your request within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification since you acquired the material possession of the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following requirements must be met:

1) The Product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must keep the instructions, documentation, accessories, seals and, insofar as possible, its original packaging and labeling.

2) The return must be made using the same box or envelope used in the delivery or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the Products in perfect condition. You must assume the direct cost of returning the goods. We can retain the refund until we have received the products, including shipping costs in your case (no return costs). In case of erroneous or damaged products, please contact us as soon as possible to correct the error through clientes@mamalolo.es and we will offer you the different options that respond to your need.
